The spacious condominium of 210m2 contains everything you need for your perfect holiday, television with satellite channels, dvd and music player, free wi-fi, exit to the children s playground.
You can access the apartment with 3 separate entrances (the main exterior entrance, the interior stairs or the side of the children s playground). If you are a workaholic there is also a work desk.
For idyllic winter parties in a large spacious living room with a fireplace you can enjoy a glass of wine or champagne, while in the summer months you can share this pleasure with family and friends on your own terrace of 30m2 with a view of the sea and the island of Sveti Stefan.

Third room with two single beds and sea view.
Fourth room with single bed and sofa bed . It has bathroom and exit on the shared terrace with sea view.
This apartment has 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with bathtub and two with shower cabin. From the sanitary facilities there is a community bathroom with a bathtub (160 × 160cm), washbasin, toilet, bidet, washing machine, two bathrooms with shower, as well as a separate toilet.
Guests of the apartment have a restaurant and a bar, which is located on the ground floor. The restaurant is open from 7 am to 11 pm. Serving of meals and drinks from the menu or on the guests request in the apartment and on the beach, as well as private orders of special cooking specialties / which are not on the menu / at the guests request.
